Every woman has different commitments and schedules. How do you balance your personal and professional life?
I don’t believe that it’s possible to find a perfect equilibrium. Everything we do in our personal or professional lives has a cost attached to it. Whatever I’m doing, whether it’s taking care of my family or working with my team, my goal is to give my 100% without feeling guilty.

What has been your greatest achievement and reward throughout your professional journey?
Running your business comes with a bundle of challenges- both small and big. As soon as you overcome one obstacle, there is another waiting around the corner. A few years ago, it was about how to raise funds to grow the business and how to build the team. My biggest reward is seeing my vision come to avcılar escort

Not giving and facing every hurdle with confidence has led us quite far. Being resilient and persistent are valuable characteristics to succeed in the corporate world. I believe in learning new things every day and improving myself. I also firmly believe that your luck plays a crucial role too.

In your opinion, what are the obstacles that women face in the business world?
We are living in a male-dominated business world. Males are more focused on making money and being competitive. In contrast, women are less aggressive towards business and more interested in social work. Many times, it’s difficult for women to adapt to this style of doing business. Women entrepreneurs tend to isolate themselves when they get an opportunity to network or share business know-how. Last but not the least, there is a lack of small financing programs for women to kick start their businesses.

What activities do you do for fun?
I have a collection of motivational books that I prefer to read when I’m not busy. At home, I love being outdoors and hanging out with my family.

What’s the biggest lesson that you’ve learned being a woman entrepreneur?
Every individual has strengths and weaknesses. It depends on you how you utilize your strengths and overcome your weaknesses. The industry where I belong, one person’s strengths can turn into another person’s weaknesses and vice versa.

First and foremost, the basis of the relationship must be trust. It’s crucial to give them enough space and help them unlock their hidden potential. An environment of feedback is also important to create a positive work environment for people to succeed. I also make sure to take out time to mentor aspiring female entrepreneurs who are willing to set up their own businesses.
